It's so dark already! Daylight savings is messing with my head... It makes me think of my cold dark motherland. I know it's getting really dark over there by now. It's still sorta nice though. Even when living there I found the darkness really cozy until Christmas passed.

My French is really getting better. Or...I can understand a lot more than what I used to. I've been really slacking with it actually, just picking up things as they came to me insteaad of trying to be a bit more efficient about it. But there is only one way from here and that is forward!

I HATE daylight savings time! It's worse in London than it is back home. It's like getting dark by like 4pm. I feel like by 6pm I should be on my way to being drunk or the clubs!

Hehe oh pssshh what a silly thing to hate :)

Where I grew up the sun would set at like 2pm at the darkest in winter.

Like I said it is really cozy in Christmas. But I really don't like how gray January is back home...

Oh and remember in summer it is the opposite. At the lightest the sun rises at like 2-3am and sets like 11pm. It's very nice :)

Its getting dark here just after 4 and its seriously messing with my head too. However, its freezing cold ... not good. Really cosy though like you said. Nothing better than wrapping up warm and going to Starbucks :)

Well in Paris I don't know. Where I am from in Norway usually it starts snowing in october only to melt away again. Then maybe on and off until december when it stays :)

o, markus... it's not so hard, really.
just ignore the silly language, and the grammar, and the accents...
as long as you can tell a decent premier cru bourgogne rouge from a flagon of cat's piss, you will be OK.
