Yep yep. As a couple of people pointed out, Logitech just released a new one just for macs so I think it should be a cool one.

I've really fallen off my workout plan lately. I guess my problem (in addition to motivation hehe) is that my days are so unstructured and there is no routine. So it is hard to insert something regular into my everyday life like that. I'll have to figure something out...

[smirk] What a photograph to wake up to.

I'm not any good at photography, but I've been messing around with a friend's SLR; it's a Canon Rebel XT and I've no idea how to work it... I don't know what type of camera you have, but do you have any basic tips?

interesting spot for a tattoo!

waking up very early in the morning in order to go to the gym always seemed to work best for me. that way i wasn't skipping out if i had to stay late at work. it's no fun getting up before the sun rises, but it definitely gives you an endorphin high that lasts for the better part of the day that keeps you awake.

Well, you don't have to have a fixed schedule for training. Just keep it in mind. Keep in mind that you want to go x times a week to the gym. So if you wake up on Thursday or Friday and have not been to the gym that week, put it a higher priority for the days till the end of the week compared to other important or pleasant things you've already done that week. So in that way you can remain flexible for all your non-routine things and still keep up with the needs of your body. ;-)
