i can't ever shoot in direct light, so these are awesome. i'm looking at the shadows and wondering how that even happened. very cool.

This must have been around 8pm, so the sun was not so strong. And there was some light reflected from glass buildings :)

I really really like the last one. I think it's the girl on the bicycle, it made me notice the bike lanes and the lighting and just everything about it is perfect. :] Very good job.

have you thought about compiling a portfolio?

i could definitely see you doing fashion photography. i'm sure with time, you could do stuff for the major couture houses.

the sun sets so nice in France. Hard to believe that is 8pm; it would be pitch black in Oz at that time, no matter what season.

Yes, it's even more extreme where I come from. I like it, because the sun stays low like that for a long while before disappearing. Then you have this orange light all that time ^^

These are definitely portfolio worthy. I don't usually go for a lot of your work, you know. I mean, it's stunning visually, but often repetitive. But these are beautiful, especially the first and last, I think. They look almost digitally created, the background has been so ... flattened.
