so i've been working out again

Doing relatively well so far. I'm still in terrible shape, but I've been doing it 6 days a week all month.

Push-ups are so hard for me though. My arms are super weak!

It's been fueling my apetite a lot too, and I can't seem to stop eating.

Working out 5-6 times a week has permanently increased my appetite by quite a lot. Just go with it, your body needs the extra calories. :]

Keep in mind that after a while, if you manage to put on some muscle, you will actually gain weight, 'cause muscle weighs more than fat! Lots of people see themselves gain weight after working out a few months and think it's not working.

aw good for you!! and 6 times a week is intense. i only go 3 times max a week haha. working out is nice, but the view at the gym isn't so bad either, if you know what i mean.

and i love how working out speeds up the metabolism, which pretty much means eating more. i love it :)

Your body type will look great with some working out. Keep it up, know that it takes a minute but you will love the results.

I was the same before I ever started working out. Do lots of bench pressing for a few weeks, keep piling on the weights and then press ups become really easy! Trust me, stick with it :) I put on like a stone and a half in just over a month when I first started.

Eat more protein. Tuna or chicken. It will help your body to get what it needs to build muscles.
